Environmentally Sound Device to Combat Ragweed Presented
The exhibit shown in Hannover and Hong Kong was an ecologically sound device for destroying weeds and in particular ragweed which caused a lot of interest from institutes and companies from China, the United States and the EU, all of which recognized the great potential of the invention.
The ecological device for destroying the notorious allergen ragweed using electricity of a certain frequency destroys ragweed in its root, without using chemicals or herbicides, preventing continued growth during the entire season. It has been tested in Serbia, Germany and Sweden in cooperation with the Swedish Agricultural Faculty.
Mass destruction of ragweed has been planted for the next growth season in the Belgrade area.
Support for the Hong Kong fair came from the City of Belgrade, the Secretariat for the Economy and the Faculty for Applied Management, Economy and Finance from Belgrade.
