BELGRADE - Members of the Association of Businesswomen of Serbia, Dr Jasmina Knežević, owner of the Bel Medic General Hospital, and Biljana Jovanović, owner of the Luna Fashion House, are recipients of the prestigious IWEC 2014 award (International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge) presented to the world’s most successful businesswomen.
The awards were presented at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Stockholm, within the eighth conference for women entrepreneurs from many countries held under the title Ensuring the Health of Your Business in a Global Competitive Market.
Knežević and Jovanović were among 33 recipients of the IWEC 2014 awards, from among 130 short-listed entrepreneurs in the areas of IT operations, the fashion industry, manufacturing, the oil industry, agriculture, health, tourism, imports and exports, research work, education and numerous other fields of activity.
IWEC 2014 is a prestigious organization which stimulates entrepreneurship among women and assembles women business leaders. This global organization is a platform for exchanging experiences and ideas, as well as linking up women in the world of business.
The Association of Businesswomen of Serbia has congratulated colleagues Dr Jasmina Knežević and Biljana Jovanović for receiving these important international awards.
