Completed basic and master studies at the journalism department of the Faculty of Philosophy of Niš University.
Wrote her first texts in the Niš daily Narodne Novine, later also the Niški
glasnik. Tried her hand at radio,TV and online journalism. Likes to travel,
learn languages and is an avid amateur photographer.
BELGRADE – Svetlana Belić Malinić, the director of the Modern Secondary School in Belgrade, has won second place at a prestigious competition for the best teacher of the 21st century, an award given out every year by Pearson, one the world’s highest valued and biggest educational institutions.
BELGRADE- Since February 2011 an institution has existed in the Municipality of Zvezdara, in Belgrade – the Volunteer Service of Zvezdara (VSZ), whose principal idea when it was founded was to do something for citizens who approach the municipal authorities with pleas for help in their everyday life because of advanced age or disabilities, or because they live without a family to help them.
NIŠ- Jelena Milosavljević, who hails from the western Serbian town of Bajina Bašta, is among a galaxy of young, educated, versatile and capable people, on whom, if there only were the necessary fortune, the future of this country should be founded. She is a graduate of Japanese language and literature at the Faculty of Philology at Belgrade University, and has taken a Master’s degree in sociology in South Korea.
